Hey! I have an online gym class and so basically the teacher gives us exercises to do every week and we need to write a report on it and send it to him for "proof". In that report, I need to include what was my BPM (pulse) after I finished my exercise. Now since I don't do these exercises and basically write a bunch of bs in the report, I have no clue what my BPM would be after I finished running, and after looking on the internet, I couldn't find a clear answer. So what should my BPM number be approximately when I finish running for about 20 mins? If it can help, I am 17 yo female and I am not in very good shape lol (I never do sports) but I am not overweight. tl,dr: So any idea about what the average BPM is for a person that just ran 20 mins? Thanks!!
