What was La Raza Unida ?In the late 1960s, a Chicano nationalist political party was established with the objective of advancing the political influence and rights of Mexican Americans and other Hispanic communities residing in the United States.
The catchphrase "Brown Power" was employed to accentuate the significance of ethnic self-esteem and coherence amidst the Hispanic populace, as well as to confront the prevalent societal and political systems that had marginalized their societies.
The party experienced some triumphs in municipal politics in the 1970s, but ultimately faltered as a result of internal dissension and external political influences.

What are laws?
the protection of all people within a society
the defined position or rank in a society
the serious prohibitions against deviant behavior in a society that result in
severe punishment
the social customs that teach an individual how to act within a group
Laws are a collection of guidelines created by a governing body to control how people behave and engage with one another in society. Therefore, option (A) is accurate.
The term "governing body" refers to a group of people with the authority to conduct the business of a corporation or political entity. The most formal is a government, which has the only authority and duty to draft laws that are enforceable within a certain geographic system (such as a state).
Different types of governance can take the shape of an institution (like a company that has been recognized by a government as a legal entity), a sociopolitical society group (like a chiefdom, tribe, family, or religious denomination), or another informal assembly of people.
Relational contracts in business and outsourcing agreements provide governance mechanisms that support ongoing collaboration and innovation.

why it's so difficult to have a true friend today
is this a question for school? anyways if not.. I can relate to you , But i now have alot of friends.. We can be friends if you want
Answer:
Why is it so hard to find true friends these days?
Irem,
For most people in this world, the number of true/sincere friends is a small one. Most people can count their good/sincere friends on only one hand and even then they may not be able to count 5 fingers.
It is difficult to have good friends and to maintain friendships throughout life for various reasons:
Sometimes we rush in making friendships. We can be too hasty in trusting people. If we slow down, we will be able to pay better to attention to red flags that we see in a person.
Our own insecurities may lead us to desperately want a friend, even if that friend may not be the best or healthiest person for us.
Our friends have insecurities of their own. They may have their jealousies and other inner demons that can impact the way that they see us, the way that they interpret our words/actions, etc.
Sometimes friends outgrow each other for various reasons. Maybe they take different paths in life or have very little in common. Maybe they are in different mindsets, have different priorities, different goals, different interests, and no longer feel the same connection with each that they once used to.
It can also be about perspective. The thing is……most of us tend to think that our own perspective is the correct one and it might not be. For example, let’s say that a friend wants you to do her a favor that has the potential to put you at a serious risk. You politely refuse and offer to help her in another manner that is more easier for you. But your friend gets angry because she feels betrayed by you. In her eyes, you are now a bad friend. She has now conveniently forgotten all the times you have helped/supported her in the past and is not guilt-tripping you for this one favor that you politely refused to do for her. Does that make you a bad friend? Not necessarily. But in her eyes you might be bad. So, it also depends on the perspective. Sometimes we might think that someone is a bad friend and it could be because our ego might be preventing us from seeing their point of view and respecting their boundaries.
Sometimes we might expect too much from our friends and they might expect too much from us. Friends are not perfect. Even our own parents will not and cannot fulfill our every wish every single time and neither will people in the other “lesser relationships” that we have.
With all relationships we have to pick an choose our battles and let some things go. We can turn everything into a battle that has to be fought because it will get exhausting. When we and our friends can’t let some things slide and perceive everything as an offense, then that can put a strain on a friendship.
This is a strange reason to include in the list. But here goes. Overtime I became distant toward a friend that I was once very close to in high school. She was (and still is) very sweet. But it turned me off that she would lie about petty things. Really trivial stuff. You know how some female friends can’t tell you things like where they got their eyebrows threaded, where they got their nose pierced….because ….I dunno….maybe they don’t want you to have those things…and they treat it as a matter of secrecy. Like why? What is the big deal. You’re not asking about salary, you’re not asking something personal. But they would either prefer to give you a vague answer, or tell you something false that sends you on a wild goose chase. Again, it’s not the biggest betrayal or offense…..but little things like this can add up over time and turn you off

Answer:San Bernardino,
November 28, 1890
... This past 4 November, it was exactly one year since I left home. On 4 December I arrived in New York and on the 12th I reached San Bernadino. I can tell You for sure that I should have left home 15 years earlier. It would have been much better for me, a thousand times better because I am not able even to describe it to You, how I looked at first and how different I look now. I do not want to write about it because if I start I may never finish with it. I would like to ask the people at home just this one question: why is it forbidden for a young man to take a walk with a girl, to talk to her and to become acquainted with her. I do not consider it a sin, and I did not find it in the Gemora to be a sin either. Only You, the Polish people, are so backward and as a result when this type of young man arrives here, he is called a “greener,” and in Germany, “Polish” or “Russian pig.” This is the truth.
I do not mean to insult You, but it is especially true that in Your small towns within a half hour everything is known all over and becomes gossip. And so when a young man from there arrives here, what kind of an impression does he make? First, he cannot open his mouth because he does not know the language. Then, when he gets together with people, he does not know how to behave and how to have a good time. So people make fun of him. I can understand it because first, he is not able to talk, and then, he is not able to eat because he is not used to this kind of food . He also does not know how to hold a knife or a fork or a table napkin. And he does not know how to sing or raise a toast in company. At home we only used to say, “Lehayim.” At home we only sang zmires. And he does now know how to dance because I have never seen anyone dance or play at home because people would open their mouths in wonder. They would not go to the theater because this, too, was considered a sin. And as far as dress at home – one used to put on a shirt and a scarf around one’s neck and this was all. Here, however, one has to have different clothes for the summer and for the winter. The same is true for women.
In our store, we also sell women’s dresses and even underwear. And it may happen that a young man has to sell to some young girl some such things or whatever. We also sell, here, undershirts, shirts, collars, fine ties, pocket watches, top hats and overcoats. All this the young man was not acquainted with at home. So here he is shown everything like a small child. And people laugh at him. I am not telling this, God forbid, about myself. When I arrived here, I was already different. The only thing was that I could not speak English, but now this is all already behind me...
Explanation:Dearly Beloved Parents,
I take my pen to tell you the good news. I am safe and sound, thank God. I received your letter on the 24th of the month, in which I learned that my sister Marianna wants to come to me here. Well, it is good sailing time now. She should have at least 80 rubles. She will get a job here as a domestic for which she will be paid 8 dollars, 10 dollars, 17 dollars a month. If she will be able to understand everything that is said, she will be paid more. If she were here now, she would be getting the same pay as she does now working for the Germans. . . .
Dear Sister, do be careful on the streets [on the way]. When you arrive at Castle Garden telegraph me. Stay in Castle Garden until I come and fetch you. When you get here, you will not be digging for potatoes or pitching hay.
When you are ready to leave, travel to Bremen. There, buy yourself a steamship ticket. In Torun, sit only in the back [of the train]. You must have at least 25 marks to pay for the train and for the food. From Torun to Hamburg,, the train costs 13 marks 73 pfennig, but I do not know how much it will cost to Bremen. If sister does come here, I have made up my mind to stay here two more years.
Dear Parents, write me if Mary took my address, if she will come to me or not, and when my sister will depart. Write me a letter as soon as possible. You can give her some money and when she gets here, we will send it back to You. If the steamship tickets had not been sold out, I would have sent her one but that would have caused me a great deal of trouble.. If you do not have the money, then write and I will send a steamship ticket to Jacob for her. If she wants to, she can come now because it is warm and the trip would be pleasant.
Dear Sister take care of yourself and pay attention to what I have written.
Best regards to father and mother, to my sisters and brothers, to my friends and relatives, and to all acquaintances. I remain your faithful son until we meet again happily. Please send me a speedy reply because I want to know if she will come or not.

How is an Amendment to the Constitution ratified?
Answer: Congress must call a convention for proposing amendments upon application of the legislatures of two-thirds of the states
Explanation:
Congress must pass a proposed amendment by a two-thirds majority vote in both the Senate and the House of Representatives and send it to the states for ratification by a vote of the state legislatures.
It was offered by a two-thirds vote of both Houses of Congress, or if two-thirds of the States request one, by a convention called for that purpose. The constitutional amendment ratified by the attempts of some state legislatures and other groups to amend the U.S. Constitution have raised questions about the process for the efforts. Then, three-fourths of the Legislatures, or 3/4 of the conventions summoned in each States for ratification, must approve the amendment.
What is constitution?A constitution is a written file that includes a number of articles concerning the state and sets forth basic rules and principles to make a connection between the people and the government. Every nation takes a strong constitution because it gives the executive branch the power to address social issues and foster a just society. It provides a set of fundamental guidelines that enable the minimum necessary of collaboration among society's components.
As this is federal in form but unified in spirit, it delivers both flexibility and rigidity. A balanced setup of the institutions of government is what makes a constitution efficient. The fundamental tenet is that a socialist government must be dedicated to the general welfare of its citizens.
What is congress? The legislature of the U.S. federal government is known as the United States Congress. Owing to the fact that the House of Reps is its lower body and the Senate is its upper body, it is dualistic. The United States Senate in Washington, D.C. is where the Congress convenes. Although openings in the Senator may be filled by a governor's appointment, all these senators and representatives are chosen by direct election. "There are 435 members and 100 senators in the 535-member Congress. Only when there is a tie in the Senate does the vice president of the Usa have a vote.
