Answer:
Racial, Gender, Religious Inequality
Explanation:
It's pretty self explanatory. After George Floyd died, the whole country went rampant and started protesting for the police to be arrested. However, this has been going on for centuries. Now since the Coronavirus outbreak, people are being racist towards Asian people, calling it the "China Virus" or the "Chinese Virus"
Gender Inequality because of Men trying to get rid of Planned Parenthood and abortions, despite them not having a vagina or uterus to tell women what to do with their bodies.
Religous Inequality because Muslims are still called terrorists on the daily for simply walking into the store. Also because most religious people don't like Christians because of most of their beliefs when it comes to Homosexuals and members of the LGBTQ+ Community.
Which of the following is NOT a feature of Postmodernism?
Disillusionment
O Diversity of voices
Increasing presence of media
Absolute truth
Absolute truth is NOT a feature of Postmodernism.
Postmodernism is a philosophical and cultural movement that emerged in the mid-20th century. It is characterized by a rejection of grand narratives and the idea that there is a single, objective truth that can explain everything. Instead, Postmodernism emphasizes the relativity of truth and the existence of multiple perspectives and interpretations.
Disillusionment is a feature of Postmodernism as it reflects a skepticism towards traditional ideologies and questioning of established beliefs and systems. The diversity of voices is another key aspect of Postmodernism, as it values the inclusion of marginalized and alternative perspectives, challenging the dominance of mainstream narratives. The increasing presence of media is also a characteristic of Postmodernism, as it acknowledges the influence and power of mass media in shaping culture and disseminating information.
However, the notion of absolute truth contradicts the core principles of Postmodernism. Postmodernists argue that truth is subjective and contextual, varying depending on individual experiences, cultural backgrounds, and social contexts. They critique the idea of a single, universal truth and instead emphasize the plurality and complexity of truth claims.

why did many Americans disagree with the Treaty of Paris after the Spanish American War?
Answer:
Answer to the following question is as follows;
Explanation:
The Spanish-American War was formally terminated by the Treaty of Paris (1898). Many Republicans thought that the United States, as the bulwark of representative democracy, could not stand by and watch Spain continue to oppress the Cuban people. In February 1898, conflict between the United States and Cuba reached a breaking point.
1. Christopher Columbus was not the true discoverer of America for which of the
following reasons:
Keep in mind that this type of question will always result in a highly-opinionated answer, and that the question may stem from a highly-influenced leftist view.
In essence, the teacher wants you to see the act through the lenses of him being a despicable, bloody European who ruined the Americas. However, to answer the question:
Christopher Columbus is not the "true discoverer" of America, as there has already been people living in the Americas, thereby forfeiting "discovery". However, Columbus is not without the right to be called a discoverer. He, after all, opened up the America's and the information surrounding the "western Asia" to the Europeans of the day, effectively "discovering it".
How can we explain the dilemma we have on us? First, we must identify key words and define them to be able to answer the question.
Firstly, the word discoverer. As defined by the Oxford Language Dictionary, a "discoverer" is, quote: the first person to find or explore a place. (end quote). the argument the prompt would like to suggest is that Columbus is not the true discoverer of the America, as he was neither the first person in the world sense, nor was he the first person in a European sense, to discover the "New World". However, the word itself should be put in a subjective term. Take for example, the "discovery of steel, under the Sir Basil Brooke. In putting it into context of the common beliefs of Democrats, the examples would place it so that he was not the discoverer of steel, as the Chinese have been creating steel from the 3rd AD. However, it does not change the fact that it is still commonly believed that Brooke was the "discoverer" of the modern-steel, and that is the fact. The same is for Columbus. While it may not be that he is the first person to discover the Americas, he is the "true" discoverer in that he opened up the existence of the America's extensively to the Europeans, which led to exploration and settlements.
The next word we need to define is "true". True in the sense of this context can be best defined by dictionary.com, which states that truth is "being in accordance with the actual state or conditions; conforming to reality or fact; not false." It is true that Columbus is not the first discoverer, but once again, we should fall back to what I would like to call "collection of information age". The discovery of one place can occur "multiple times" with different people groups, and though one may think it is not discovered, the appearance of the unknown is always the discovery of something to a group. Christopher Columbus may not be the first discoverer, but he is a (note "a") true discoverer of America in a sense, as he does find a new unknown land, wrote about it, reported his finding to the Spanish crown, and help spearhead the Spanish's fuel to ' " discover " ' this new land. Truly, he is not the first european to find the Americas, neither is he the first human to set foot on the lands of the west, however, it is safe to say that Columbus has the right to say that he has explored the unknown lands of the west, and brought about it's existence to public knowledge of Europe. In the sense of European point-of-view, he has truly discovered the Americas.
To conclude, it entirely depends on whose viewpoint you are looking through. Both sides can be righted or wrong based on the subjective viewpoint, but one thing will not change, Columbus as well as many other Europeans before and after him helped introduce the existence of the lands westward to the people of Europe, and that it helped bring the world closer, albeit slowly and with small steps. Whether or not Columbus was the true discoverer is a small detail that entails a person who shifts to become "subjectively right" in this increasingly snowflake truth, and who cannot take history of how it is supposed to be, a lesson that entails to those who fail to learn from it, to be repeated, albeit under different circumstances. We must understand that we should not dwell on the miniscular facts of "who discovered what", but learn from the outcomes of the discovery, in which Europeans would later move in, and destroy the ways of life of the Native Americans, and bring about a large shift in how world history would continue.

Explanation:
This question concerns the pretrial process and procedures related to bail, and recent bail reform efforts and might require some additional outside research. While there is no Constitutional right to bail, the 8th Amendment explains that "excessive bail shall not be required." In an effort to reduce the number of defendants detained in jail prior to trial, some states have implemented minor changes to bail, while states such as California, New York, and New Jersey have made major changes and eliminated money bail for all crimes, though typically requiring violent felonies to still undergo normal bail proceedings. Should more states follow California, New York, and New Jersey and make similar major reforms to bail for non-violent felonies and lesser offenses, or are minor reforms, or no reforms at all the better course of action. Be prepared to defend your answer and research the issue to acquire more information if necessary.
The subject of pretrial incarceration and bail reform is a difficult one, and there are convincing reasons on both sides of the discussion. Pretrial custody can, on the one hand, have very detrimental effects on people.

In 1999 what percentage of Americans felt that same sex couples should have the same rights as heterosexual couples
In 1999, 35% of Americans felt that same-sex couples should have the same rights as heterosexual couples.
In 1999, the issue of same-sex marriage was not as widely discussed as it is today. However, there were still debates and discussions surrounding the topic. According to a Gallup poll conducted that year, 35% of Americans believed that same-sex couples should have the same rights as heterosexual couples. This number may seem low compared to current statistics, but it was a significant increase from the 27% who held that belief in 1996.
It is important to note that attitudes towards same-sex marriage have changed significantly in the past two decades. In 1999, same-sex marriage was only legal in one state, Vermont. However, as of 2021, it is legal in all fifty states. This shift in attitudes and laws reflects a growing understanding and acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community and their rights.
It is also worth noting that while public opinion on same-sex marriage has shifted in a positive direction, there is still work to be done. Discrimination and violence against the LGBTQ+ community remain prevalent issues, and efforts toward equality and acceptance must continue. It is important to recognize the progress made while acknowledging the work that still needs to be done to create a more inclusive and just society.

does it make it easier or more difficult to build bipartisan agreement on issues
The ease or difficulty of building bipartisan agreement on issues depends on various factors. In general, if there is a high degree of polarization and partisanship among politicians and the public, it can be challenging to build bipartisan agreement.
This is because individuals may be more likely to prioritize their ideological and partisan affiliations over compromising and finding common ground. However, if there is a willingness among politicians to collaborate and engage in constructive dialogue, bipartisan agreement can be easier to achieve. Factors such as shared values, common goals, and mutual respect can facilitate the negotiation and compromise required to build a consensus. Ultimately, the difficulty or ease of building bipartisan agreement depends on the specific issue and context in which it is being discussed. Factors such as the level of public engagement, media coverage, and interest group involvement can also influence the likelihood of bipartisan agreement.

The relationship between protests and bipartisan agreement on issues is complex and can vary depending on the situation. On one hand, protests can raise awareness about issues and put pressure on politicians to take action,
which can help build support for a cause and potentially lead to bipartisan agreement. For example, peaceful protests and civil disobedience during the civil rights movement in the 1960s helped build bipartisan support for the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965. On the other hand, protests can also be divisive and polarizing, which can make it more difficult to build bipartisan agreement. If protesters are perceived as being extreme or uncompromising, politicians from opposing parties may be less likely to work together on an issue for fear of alienating their base or being seen as "weak" on a particular issue.

What was the historic moment that lead to the start of World War 1? Was it the assassination of the Emperor of Austria?
The historic moment that led to the start of World War 1 was the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria.
On June 28, 1914, Ferdinand, heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne, was assassinated in Sarajevo by a Serbian nationalist named Gavrilo Princip. This event triggered a chain reaction of events that ultimately resulted in the outbreak of the war.
Following the assassination, Austria-Hungary issued an ultimatum to Serbia, demanding compliance with a set of conditions. When Serbia did not fully meet these demands, Austria-Hungary declared war on July 28, 1914. This led to a series of alliances and counter-alliances among European powers, escalating the conflict into a full-scale war.
The assassination of the Archduke can be seen as the spark that ignited the tensions and rivalries among the major powers of Europe. It exposed the deep-rooted political and ethnic tensions in the region and ultimately set the stage for the devastating conflict that became known as World War 1.

The correct answer is:
(A) They have caused people that make more money to pay more taxes.
Explanation:
Income taxes have caused people that make more money to pay more taxes. This is because income taxes are progressive, meaning that the higher your income, the higher your tax rate. This is designed to ensure that everyone pays their fair share of taxes, and that the wealthy contribute more to the government than the poor.
Income taxes have had a significant impact on people in the United States over time. They have helped to fund important government programs, such as Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. They have also helped to reduce income inequality and promote economic growth.
