Most people have more trust in those people that are local and can better understand how local people feel.  Some changes that would occur would be that we would only have one person that would be doing most of the ruling or calling the shots for the government.  We would not have any say on those people that would be doing the governing.

     I think that the reason that they have adopted this approach is  because they want more local people to have a say in the law.  These  people have a better sense and understanding of the local and state  government issues. The national government can sometimes have a  basic attitude or a compromised agenda. I do think that this a good  idea.  I do think that most individuals would prefer that the national  government be limited on their input on such matters.  I think that the  less that the national government gets involved in our personal lives the  better.  A lot of matters are small enough that the local and state levels should be able to handle them.
