Explanation:

I just did the USA Test Prep :)

The 15th Amendment gave African Americans the right to vote but not the right to hold office was an argument used by those who forced the Black legislators from their elected posts. Hence, option B is correct.

What is the 15th Amendment?

It is against the law for the United States and any State to restrict or deny a citizen their right to vote on the basis of their race, colour, or previous servitude.

African American men were granted the right to vote thanks to the 15th Amendment, which was approved by Congress on February 26, 1869, and was ratified on February 3, 1870.

The 15th Amendment, which sought to protect Black men's ability to vote after the Civil War, was ratified into the U.S. Constitution in 1870. Despite the amendment, numerous racist strategies were applied quickly, especially in the South, to prevent Black people from exercising their right to vote.

Thus, option B is correct.

Wegener's belief in a single large continent, known as Pangaea, was supported by various discoveries.

Firstly, fossil similarities across continents provided significant evidence. Identical or closely related fossil species were found on different continents, suggesting that these land masses were once connected. Secondly, matching geological formations, such as mountain ranges, rock types, and geological structures, lined up across continents, indicating a past connection. Additionally, paleoclimate evidence played a role in supporting Wegener's theory. Fossil records of tropical organisms in regions with current temperate climates and glacial deposits in areas without present-day ice suggested that continents had shifted from different climatic zones.

The concept of death as a transition is a common theme across many religions and cultures. It is often seen as a passage from one state of being to another, rather than as an endpoint or a release.

This transition can take many forms, depending on the specific beliefs and practices of the religion or culture in question. For example, in some belief systems, death is seen as a transition to an afterlife or a reincarnation into a new form of existence. In other belief systems, death is seen as a transition into a state of eternal rest or peace.

While the specific beliefs about death and the afterlife may vary between different religions and cultures, the idea of death as a transition is a common thread that runs through many different belief systems. In particular, what is the requirement for the sinusoid frequency for the ensemble average denoising scheme to work? Can you generalize this result by making a statement about the requirement on the number of cycles in each sample block?
