"yo quiero", "tú quieres", "él/ella/usted quiere", "nosotros queremos", "ellos/ellas/ustedes quieren".

The general rule, however, is this:  

The "yo" form of a verb ends in an "-o". For example, "yo canto", meaning "I sing". You drop the "verb ending", which is either:
