Early hip-hop DJs used reggae, disco, electronic, punk, funk, soul, and electronic music.
Hip-hop music also referred to as rap music or disco rap, is a style of contemporary music that first appeared in New York City in the 1970s. It consists of chanting a rhythmic and rhyming speech while listening to exaggerated rhythmic music that frequently accompanies rapping. It emerged as a component of hip-hop culture, a community characterized by four essential stylistic components: MCing/rapping, DJing/turntable scratching, breakdancing, and graffiti writing. Rhythmic beatboxing and the sampling of bass lines or beats from albums are additional components. Hip hop, though frequently used to refer only to rapping, more accurately describes the complete subculture. Although singing is not a necessary element of hip-hop music, the terms "hip-hop music" and "rap music" are sometimes used interchangeably.

Can yall recommend some good Art/drawing Websites/apps I can use for my computer? I'm starting digital art I would really appreciate it. I have an HP computer.
The best free option I know of is Krita, it's pretty decent and definitely good enough if you're just getting started.
If you want something a little more professional, Affinity Photo is by far my favorite app for painting and drawing. It's a one-time fee of $50, but you can get a 30 day trial if you just want to check it out, and it's definitely worth the pricetag.
As a side note, none of these apps are going to do you much good if you don't have a graphics tablet. The one I use is a Huion 1060+, which I got for about $65 about a year ago. It's a bit buggy but more than decent for the price. Smaller tablets can be even cheaper, I've seen them as low as $30 before.
Hope this is helpful!
Answer:
krita or autodesk
Explanation:
I'm agreeing with the person above! I've used it and it worked out well for me. There is also one called autodesk I haven't used the computer version of it tbh but I've heard it works well and it looks easier to use than krita. Ive used the mobile version of it though and liked it.

How many different performers do we hear playing during the course of this excerpt from Steve Reich's Electric Counterpoint
One performer plays multiple layered guitar parts in Steve Reich's Electric Counterpoint, creating a complex texture that may sound like multiple performers.
In Steve Reich's Electric Counterpoint, the composition utilizes a technique called "phasing" where the solo performer plays and records multiple guitar parts in layers. These recorded parts are then played back simultaneously during the live performance, creating a complex and rich texture of interlocking guitar lines.
Although the excerpt may give the impression of multiple performers due to the layered and overlapping guitar lines, it is important to note that it is still a single performer who has recorded and is controlling all the parts. The performer plays one guitar at a time and synchronizes the recorded tracks during the performance.
The intention of Electric Counterpoint is to create the illusion of a larger ensemble through the use of recording and layering techniques. This allows for a more intricate and immersive musical experience while maintaining the artistic control and interpretation of a single performer.
In summary, despite the illusion of multiple performers, there is only one performer involved in playing and controlling all the guitar parts in Steve Reich's Electric Counterpoint.
